First image of 2011! I'm in the mood to do illustrations so I'll be working on these for a while. I'm happy with this one because it's pretty close to what I had in my head. Flamingos are awesome.
Ah, my other comment got eaten. :< Anyways, this is really really good~!!! I get such a calm feeling from looking at this. I love the color scheme, the motion of the flamingos, and how the ballerina looks so serene and beautiful. It was also really nice to be able to see the progress from your tumblr; you really made this pic come to life from start to finish. As always, I'm very impressed (please teach meeee~!).
I'm glad you're continuing to do what YOU want. Somehow I think your works are always better that way. Happy New Year, dear. I hope you make many many many wonderful things in the future.
