A dash of ink

Oh wow, so very busy. So very late. I know, its the same excuse everytime but it's the truth! I'm far behind because my keyboard of three years decided to die yesterday. I had so much to do. *weep* But fortunately, Office Max is right down the street from my job so I snatched one up today and got to work!

So, here are the previews to the possible header for the comic website. And the logo. Well...I'm still iffy on the logo. I have a couple of variations of them...I'm so fixed on two flowers but I want it to be readable. Ah well, I'll figure it out. Anyway, the last three are pieces are of the cover. And let me tell you, it looks awesome. =D

Lastly, I wont have time to finish inking the actual comic page. I'll shuffle onto that tomorrow. And hopefully I can get some things filled in by friday. Then I'll be kinda caught up. I'm a week behind. SO. VERY. BUSY.

Isola: Pg 3 preview

Preview of page 3 of Isola. Whew, this took me forever. Complex backgrounds and everything. Anyways, I sure wouldn't mind being in that place. =D

Life is busy, busy, busy as always. I'm running behind on my pages and it'd be a miracle if I got the 4th done by this Sunday. But I'll strive for it! I really need to work on the cover...

Isola Line up: The first 6

This is a concept journal after all. I have to remember this. Anyway, six of the 12 characters in my lineup in all it's raw and scribbly glory. I would have the other three but they look way awful and two other designs aren't decided like these six. Actually, I cheated, since Akua's (feather boy) was already sketched. Oh well, no sense in redrawing him, he is perfect!

I like Annie's look now better than her overall's. Just wait until it's refined and colored. =) Its a simple look but hey, I like it and I want to be comfy while drawing her.

Slowly but surely, I'm poking along with the next page. This weekend has been busy so I hope in a few days I'll whip out a finished preview.
